FOTOSERVIS omogućuje korištenje usluga i sadržaja web stranice www.fotoservis.ba koje je regulirano ovim Uvjetima korištenja i prodaje.
Korištenjem FOTOSERVIS-a i svih pridruženih stranica i servisa koji pripadaju www.fotoservis.ba domeni smatra se da su korisnici u svakom trenutku upoznati s ovim Uvjetima korištenja i prodaje, te da ih u cijelosti razumiju i prihvaćaju.
Korisnici su dužni redovito provjeravati Uvjete korištenja i prodaje te se smatra da su korisnici korištenjem FOTOSERVIS-a ili bilo kojeg njegovog dijela, u svakom trenutku upoznati s aktualnim Uvjetima korištenja i prodaje te da su ih razumjeli i prihvatili u cijelosti.
Korisnici sami snose odgovornost za posljedice nepostupanja u skladu sa ovom odredbom Uvjeta korštenja i prodaje.
FOTOSERVIS zadržava pravo, u svako doba te bez prethodne najave, ukidanja kao i promjene sadržaja i Uvjeta korištenja i prodaje FOTOSERVIS-a kao i svih servisa i podstranica koje su sastavni dio FOTOSERVIS -a bez obaveze prethodne najave. FOTOSERVIS nije odgovoran za bilo kakvu štetu nastalu tim promjenama.
FOTOSERVIS nije odgovoran za štetu koja na bilo koji način može nastati iz, ili je na bilo koji način vezana za korištenje FOTOSERVIS -a za bilo koje radnje korisnika/posjetitelja uporabom ili zlouporabom sadržaja na FOTOSERVIS-u, te za bilo kakvu štetu koja može nastati korisniku/posjetitelju ili bilo kojoj trećoj strani u vezi s uporabom ili zlouporabom korištenja sadržaja FOTOSERVIS-a.

Registracijom za usluge FOTOSERVIS-a korisnik dobiva podatke o korisničkom računu - korisničko ime i lozinku. Korisnik je dužan čuvati podatke o korisničkom računu, te je u potpunosti odgovoran za svu štetu nastalu neautoriziranim korištenjem svog korisničkog računa. Završetkom registracije korisnik prihvaća odgovornost za sve aktivnosti uzrokovane uporabom usluga FOTOSERVIS-a. Korisnički račun nije prenosiv na druge osobe. Korisničkim računom pravnih osoba može se koristiti samo odgovorna osoba navedena kao takva pri registraciji.
Korisnik je obvezan prilikom prijave unijeti svoje vlastito ime i prezime te potpune i istinite podatke za kontakt. Prilikom prvog upisa potrebno se registrirati i pritom ispuniti sva zahtijevana polja istinitim podacima. Korisnik se obvezuje da će ažurirati svoje podatke i podatke svoje tvrtke. Nije dozvoljeno lažno predstavljanje u ime druge pravne ili fizičke osobe. Nije dozvoljeno manipuliranje informacijama u svrhu skrivanja porijekla sadržaja kojeg se objavljuje ili šalje putem usluga FOTOSERVIS-a. Nije dozvoljeno slanje i razmjena sadržaja s trećim osobama koji su zaštićeni autorskim pravom.
Sve fotografije na ovim stranicama vlasništvo su FOTOSERVIS-a ili treće osobe s kojom FOTOSERVIS ima ugovor o suradnji. Sve fotografije koje su preuzete s ovih stranica i objavljene u tiskanim, elektronskim (TV, Internet) i ostalim medijima moraju biti potpisane s " FOTOSERVIS". Nepotpisivanje ili krivo potpisivanje fotografija smatrat će se kršenjem ugovora i sankcionirat će se sukladno važećem cjeniku FOTOSERVIS-a, dvostrukim iznosom naknade za korištenje nepotpisane fotografije.
FOTOSERVIS ne jamči istinitost podataka navedenih uz fotografiju u opisnom dijelu (polja description ili caption) te se ograđuje od bilo kakve eventualne štete nastale korištenjem netočnih podataka.
Sadržaj čija je namjena na www.fotoservis.ba označena kao Web rezolucija (620 )korisnik ne smije koristiti za objavu u Print izdanjima ili na TV-u.
Sadržaj čija je namjena na www.fotoservis.ba označena kao Print /TV rezolucija (2000 ) korisnik može koristiti za objavu u internet izdanju.

FOTOSERVIS će podatke korisnika koristiti isključivo u svrhu što boljeg uvida i razumijevanja pojedinačnih potreba i zahtjeva korisnika kao i razvijanja mogućnosti što kvalitetnijeg pružanja svih usluga FOTOSERVIS na zadovoljstvo korisnika. a third person with whom FOTOSERVIS has an agreement on cooperation. All photos
taken from this site and published in print, electronic (TV, Internet) and
other media must be signed with "FOTOSERVIS". Failure or incorrectly
signed photos will be considered a breach of contract and will be sanctioned in
accordance with the current price list of FOTOSERVIS, and by double the amount
of compensation for the use of unsigned photo.
FOTOSERVIS does not guarantee the authenticity of the
information referred to in the descriptive part of the picture (field
description or caption), and distances itself from any possible damages
resulting from the use of inaccurate data.

Individual prices of the content are visibly highlighted and are
subject to change that is given on insight to users by FOTOSERVIS. The monthly
fee for use of the content is regulated by special agreement between the User
and FOTOSERVIS.
Content marked as Web resolution on www.fotoservis.ba must
not be used for publication in the print editions or on TV. Otherwise, the FOTOSERVIS
will charge usage for Print / TV resolution. Content marked as Print / TV
resolution can be used to post in the internet edition.
If the user is authorized to use photo and video content of
FOTOSERVIS, but does not attribute the source and author, FOTOSRVIS is entitled
to charge up to twice the amount of compensation for the use of such content.
In case of unauthorized usage of photo and video content of
FOTOSERVIS but thereby provide the source and author of content, FOTOSERVIS is
entitled to charge up to three times the standard price of such content.
In case of unauthorized usage of photo and video content
of FOTOSERVIS and thereby does not specify the source, FOTOSERVIS is entitled
to compensation up to five times the amount of the standard price of such
content.
In case of unauthorized usage of photo and video content of
FOTOSERVIS and provides false the source, thus misleading consumers, or if the
